Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, as a small business, last-minute changes significantly impact our schedule and ability to serve other clients. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Requirement Any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Non-Refundable Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits serve as a commitment to your appointment and compensate for the time and preparation invested in your custom design. Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Clients arriving more than [insert specific time, e.g., 15 minutes] late may have their appointment rescheduled at the artist’s discretion, and their deposit may be forfeited. Rescheduling Policy If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will apply your deposit to a rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling more than once may require an additional deposit at the artist’s discretion. Design Policy Custom designs remain the intellectual property of the artist until the tattoo is completed. Designs will not be released without a scheduled appointment secured by a deposit. No Exceptions Policy We strive to treat all clients fairly and consistently. Exceptions to this policy will not be made to ensure equal treatment for all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
